yoga instructor
When I started at USC for my Masters Degree, I was looking for a way to stay grounded in what seemed like a whole new world. What I found was yoga: the perfect combination of mindfulness and physical intensity. I started off cleaning the floors at the studio to help pay for my membership. As I started to spend more and more time at the studio taking classes, eating my lunch there, doing homework, I realized this studio was a special place. I signed up for my first yoga teacher training and I was instantly SOLD. I knew leading a group of people in their practice was something I was not only good at, but really enjoyed doing. Thus, my side hustle of a part time yoga instructor began!

My 3 principles in yoga classes:
music, community, + inclusion
My yoga classes are very unique for a variety of reasons. The music is turned up, the lights are down, and the heat is cranked up.
You will listen to hits from Anderson .Paak, Ari Lennox, and Cautious Clay (to name a few). The music is meant to power you through a challenging flow or pose. I welcome you to groove along!
I firmly believe that yoga needs to be accessible to all body types. I will always try my best to make you feel comfortable in my class by giving you variations. I want the room to be an inclusive space where you can take what you need.
Private Lessons
I also offer private classes for individuals or groups that are personalized to your needs. If you’re interested, please email me.
"Brielle is the embodiment of thoughtfulness and good vibes!!! One of my dear girlfriends hosted her bachelorette party at a beautiful mountain home up in Malibu and wanted to incorporate some wellness activities into the weekend. I asked Brielle if she would lead a morning yoga session for all of the women. Not only did Brielle drive all the way out to Malibu to host the session inside this beautiful home so we didn't have to step foot outside of the property, but she also custom-tailored her yoga sequence to incorporate themes of love, friendship and support to tie into the bachelorette weekend. It meant SO much to the soon-to-be bride! Because she continuously checked in with me in the weeks leading up to the big weekend, she was aware that we had a mix of beginner and experienced yogis. To accommodate everybody, Brielle designed a sequence that was doable, and more importantly, enjoyable for both beginner and 'seasoned' yogis! She also incorporated some of the bride's favorite songs into her playlist! For many of the women, Brielle's morning yoga was the peak of the entire weekend."
